  • Fashion Design R&D Collaborator

    Support R&D for fashion & lifestyle accessories — bags, wallets, charms, keychains, stickers, packaging.

    What you'll do

    • Support R&D for fashion/accessory products: bags, wallets, charms, keychains, stickers, packaging.
    • Join concept ideation, moodboards, and design direction per brand.
    • Design print artwork and develop product samples from R&D briefs.
    • Prepare base design files for printing and production.
    • Collaborate with the team to refine samples after each test round.
    • Keep up with design, fashion, color, and style trends.

    Requirements

    • Final-year student or recent grad in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
    • Basic Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
    • Strong aesthetic sense; passion for fashion/accessories/lifestyle products.
    • Hand drawing, digital illustration, or AI design tools are a plus.
    • Eager to learn, creative, and proactive.
    • A personal portfolio or past design work is a plus.

    Bonus points

    • Love for styles: Minimal, Streetwear, Chic/Feminine, Art toy, K-style.
    • Ability to catch visual trends and social-media aesthetics.
    • Experience making real products or selling handmade/design online.
